Johnson Lab are Visiting Scientists at Witte Museum
In October 2024, Johnson Lab members were invited to the Witte Museum as Saturday Visiting Scientists. Jack, Akshaya, Sophie, and Dr. Johnson taught children (and their families) to look closely at nature using microscopes, and we visited with a friendly T. rex while we were there!
Dr. Simone Meddle visits the lab!
In May 2024, Dr. Simone Meddle of the Roslin Institute, University of Edinburgh, visited our lab at Trinity University. We collaborated on a whirlwind project studying lizard gene expression as a function of artificial light at night, and showed Simone some of the wildlife of central Texas!
