Daisy Horr named Goldwater Scholar

Senior Daisy Horr is one of two Trinity students to be named a national Goldwater Scholar! Daisy is a McNair Scholar majoring in Biology. She is completing an honors thesis in the Johnson Lab that focuses on how green anole lizards use their ability to change their body color, and she has conducted summer research on herpetological diversity at the Mountain Lake Biological Station in Virginia.


The Goldwater Scholarship is a prestigious national scholarship for students who plan to pursue a graduate degree in the sciences. Congratulations, Daisy!
